SMS Terms of Service

  • Program Description: By opting in to receive SMS messages from JL Fine Furniture, you agree to receive text messages regarding custom furniture inquiries, order updates, shipping notifications, and design consultation follow-ups.

  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your active project status or inquiries.

  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details regarding your text and data plan.

  • Opt-Out / Cancellation: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to our number. Upon sending "STOP", we will send you an SMS confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

  • Help / Support: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for assistance, or contact us directly at jlfinefurniture@gmail.com.

  • Carrier Liability: Carriers (such as AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
